NASHVILLE — It’s December and baseball is still about three months away from the start of spring training, but the business side is in full swing as the Winter Meetings began Monday.
The annual event, which brings together executives from the major and minor leagues, is the signature event of the off-season and serves as a gathering for all aspects of the business side of baseball.
